National 4-H Week

Angela | August 30th, 2007 at 1:26 pm

National 4-H week will be here before you know it. It’s time to start planning how to promote your 4-H club. Harrison County will be holding a special event to celebrate National 4-H Week. This special celebration will be a fall kickoff and recruitment festival for 4-H in Harrison County. Each 4-H club will be asked to prepare at least one game, activity, presentation, or event for the afternoon. Clubs may prepare more than one activity, if they like, but we’re asking that all clubs prepare at least something for the day.
This event is opened to youth and families across Harrison County. This is a great chance to invite your friends to join 4-H. Admission for the event is FREE.
This event sounds like fun. Hope your club will participate. It will be held at the 4-H Center from 12:30 p.m. to 3:00p.m. on Sunday, September 30th.
Hope to see all of the all-stars there too.

4-H love,
Angela

Angela,

I really dig the type of posts you are cranking out! I think it’s great you are using this site as a promotional tool for events and programs that aren’t as well known as summer 4-H camps. State Fair, Shooting Sports, and now County Recruitment. How-How!
