TAD LIGHT - BLOG MACHINE

Thaddeus | June 18th, 2007

Alright folks, I’m Tad Light. Yesterday I was chosen Sagamore of the cherokee tribe, and I’m here to tell ya, that’s AWESOME. I can’t believe it. Seriously…....disbelief.
Anyway, I figure I’ll tell a pretty awesome story to ya from tonight’s council circle…..so here goes:
My chief (Jared) told me that he was going to be doing something at the end of the program and for me to scoot over into his spot when he stood up. Well, it so turned out that he ended up propose to his girlfriend who was sitting right behind me. Quite a testimony to 4-H love.

Awesome story! Kudos to Jared, but I’m more excited that Tad and Mel will be chiefs in 2008!!! The names Thaddeus Light and Melville Johnson will be the greatest names known to West Virginia 4-H’ers for many years to come…
no lie! I encourage everyone to attend OMC to witness this historic event next year!!! Can’t wait to see everyone again soon!
